If sweet is your thing then this smoothie is sure to tempt your taste buds. Our white mulberries are known to be some of the sweetest mulberries around. They have the benefits of high fiber, protein and provide nutrients like iron & Vitamin C that are masked by mulberries candy-like flavor.
Coconut milk yogurt is a great non-dairy option for vegans – make your own or find it in the dairy section of your favorite organic market. Together with peaches and ice this is a healthy summery style slushy.
• 1 1/2 Cups Apple Juice
• 1 Cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
• 1 Cup Navitas Naturals Mulberries
• 1 Cup Frozen Peaches
• 2 Cups Ice
Recipe Directions: Pour juice and yogurt into the blender, add the mulberries, peaches and ice and blend well until you get a slushy consistency.« Previous | Next »
